Pay2Home Contributes to Red Cross Relief Effort for Typhoon Haiyan
SINGAPORE, November 2013 — Typhoon Haiyan, one of the strongest tropical cyclones in the Philippines that destroyed millions of lives and homes, has affected many of our Filipino customers and their families.
To support our customers, OFWs and their loved ones from the devastated areas of Central Philippines, Pay2Home will provide funds transfer services free of charge to those sending money home. Pay2Home has also donated $10,000 to the Red Cross appeal to provide emergency relief.
"Typhoon Haiyan has caused unimaginable destruction in the Philippines," said Pay2Home Director, David Hulme. "We hope our gesture will encourage other small businesses to show their support for our Filipino community through donations to the Red Cross."
