Pay2Home is the brand name used by Wandr Pte Ltd in Singapore and P2H (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong, both licensed money transfer businesses. Pay2Home offers a cheaper, faster and more convenient alternative to bank telegraphic transfers and many traditional remittance businesses.
Throughout the rest of these FAQs we will refer to our business as Pay2Home. For more information on the company, see About Us
To start sending money with Pay2Home, you must register as a customer and we must verify your details. You can register for an account with Pay2Home on-line, at a branch, or using our mobile App. You will need to submit an Identification Document and Proof of Address.
The following table shows the list of approved Identification Documents. Please note that if your Identification Document does not include your address, a Proof of Address document (not older than 3 months) is required as well

- Tap on the 'Not yet registered? Sign Up' button.
- Fill in your personal information and login information, then tap on the 'Submit' button.
- Once your registration is completed, upload your Identification Document and Proof of Address to start the verification process.

4.2 Pay2Home Online
Go to www.pay2home.com
- Click on the 'Register' button.
- Select 'No' if you have not previously used Pay2Home's money transfer services.
- Fill in your personal information and click on the 'Next' button.
- Fill in your login information and click on the 'Submit' button.
- Verify your email address by clicking on the verification link sent to your email.
- Once your registration is completed, upload your Identification Document and Proof of Address via the Pay2Home Mobile application to activate the verification process.

4.3 Pay2Home Outlets
You may visit any of our outlets and our friendly customer service team will be able to assist you with your registration
No. However, if your Identification Document has an expiry date, you will need to submit a new Identification Document following the expiry of the old Identification Document.

Pay2Home cannot commence the transfer of funds until we receive your payment. Service times reflect the amount of time taken once we receive your funds.
When creating a standing order, you need to be alert to changes in service times and rates as a result of weekends or public holidays in either the sending or receiving country. If you are creating a standing order that falls during a public holiday, you may need to allow extra time for the payment delivery. The actual rate available may be generated on the next working day. Please be aware, that if the holiday falls next to a weekend, the next working day may be in three- or four-days’ time, which could result in a substantial change from the original indicative rate seen on the homepage.
Description of delivery services:
- Bank Transfer: Pay2Home will credit your funds directly to an existing account with any bank in the destination country.
- Bill Payment: Pay2Home will credit your funds directly to the designated billing organisation.
- Collection: Pay2Home can arrange to have your funds available for collection through its collection banks and agents. You will need to specify your beneficiary details and ensure they produce a valid Identification Document at the point of collection.
- Door to door: Pay2Home will deliver your funds directly to a specified beneficiary at an agreed address in the destination country. Funds will be delivered in cash on production of a valid Identification Document.

You can pay via internet bank transfer or over the counter at your bank. When you select to pay by bank transfer, you will be provided with our bank account information. Please specify your Membership Number as the payment reference during transfer for faster and smoother processing. For payment via internet bank transfer, please choose to transfer using FAST. - PayNow to UEN (Only available in Singapore)

You may make payment for your transaction by NETS over the counter or through the Money Transfer Machine. NETSPay may be used for transactions made via the Pay2Home Mobile application or Pay2Home Online. There is a daily withdrawal limit imposed by the banks for payment through NETS or NETSPay. Please ask your bank if you wish to revise the daily withdrawal limit for your transaction payment. The NETSPay application is available for download on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. - Pay2Home Wallet (Only available in Singapore)
You can make payment for your transactions using funds stored in your Pay2Home Wallet. For more details on Pay2Home Wallet, please click here. If you have made the payment for your Pay2Home Wallet top-up via bank transfer, PayNow to UEN, NETSPay or cheque, the top-up amount will only be reflected in your Pay2Home Wallet balance after Pay2Home has received and reconciled your payment. - Cash payment over counters at Pay2Home Outlets or Money Transfer Machines.

You may make cash payment for your transaction at any 7-Eleven outlets, except for outlets at Changi Airport. For this service, the minimum transaction amount is SGD20 and the maximum transaction amount is SGD500. - Cheque
For payment via cheque, please ensure that Pay2Home’s bank account details, the total payable amount and your Customer Reference Number are indicated on the cheque. Please send a copy of the cheque image (front and back) to customerservice@pay2home.com before dropping the cheque at any one of our outlets or in any POSB/DBS cheque deposit box.

Login to your Pay2Home account via the Pay2Home Mobile application, the Money Transfer Machine, Pay2Home Online or email us. Your money is tracked by Pay2Home in real-time, if you have requested for SMS and email updates, you and/or your beneficiary will be notified on completion of the payment
Unlike most banks which charge both a service fee and a percentage fee based on the amount you send, Pay2Home charges a single low, flat fee to most of our transfer destinations (excluding Vietnam) regardless of your transaction amount. Furthermore, if you send your money via a bank, you will usually be charged an additional fee/deduction by the receiving bank when they credit the funds to your account. With Pay2Home there are no in-country deductions for most countries (excluding Thailand and Europe) by your receiving bank and there are no hidden costs or additional charges. Compare our charges.
There are no in-country deductions (excluding Thailand and Europe) when you transfer funds with Pay2Home. The only fee you pay is the upfront, low flat transaction fee (except Vietnam) at the time of initiating your transaction. The fees will be reflected accordingly when you create your transaction on any Pay2Home service channels. A bank is a generalist financial provider. They provide account services, loans, mortgages, bank assurance, credit cards and a range of other services. Pay2Home is a licensed remittance specialist. International payments are all we do so we make sure we do them well. That results in lower costs, better exchange rates, more delivery channels and generally faster delivery times than the banks can offer. Being fully licensed with the relevant authorities also provides you with the security of knowing that your transactions and funds are safe with Pay2Home.
Pay2Home's foreign exchange rates are based on world currency markets, which are updated daily. Pay2Home consistently offers more competitive exchange rates to the local banks. Updated rates are reflected between 10.00am and 4.30pm. Check our rates now. Preferential premier rates are available for customers who wish to send sums larger than SGD30,000 or HKD85,000. The Pay2Home Mobile application provides you with the ability to remit funds easily with your mobile phone along with access to a wide range of features such as monitoring Pay2Home’s latest exchange rates, tracking transaction status of your remittance from start to finish or making payment through the Pay2Home Wallet (Singapore only).
The Pay2Home Mobile application is very safe. It complies with the strictest of regulatory standards set out by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Pay2Home is licensed by the MAS, and the Pay2Home Mobile application uses dual factor authentication which is an additional layer of security designed to prevent unauthorised access to safeguard your identity and privacy with Pay2Home.
The Pay2Home Mobile application has a user-friendly and intuitive interface that has been developed with input from its valued customers. The application offers multiple language options and Pay2Home will continue building and releasing new updates to improve the user experience on the application.
The service times for transactions on the Pay2Home Mobile application are the same as when you transact at any of Pay2Home outlets or through all our digital platforms. Please refer here for service times.
Please note that the transfer of funds will commence when Pay2Home receives your funds. The service times stated reflect the amount of time required from confirmation of receipt of funds to the delivery of funds.
The minimum transaction amount is SGD5 and HKD30. A maximum limit of SGD10,000 and HKD15,000 applies on the Pay2Home Mobile application. Please note that for payment with NETS or bank card, the maximum amount is capped to the daily withdrawal limit of your NETS or bank card.

As long as your mobile number remains the same, all you need to do is download the Pay2Home Mobile application on your new mobile phone. Upon entering your membership number and 6-digit PIN, you will receive a One-Time-Pin (OTP) via SMS. You will need to enter this in your Pay2Home Mobile application to complete the login process on your new phone.

Pay2Home utilises 3rd party telecommunication providers for its SMS notification services. If you have not received your One-Time-Pin, please click on the link titled 'Resend' to request for another One-Time-Pin.

Select ‘Beneficiaries’ from the side menu bar to the left side of the Mobile application screen. - Tap on 'Add a New Beneficiary'.
- You may choose to add a new beneficiary different ways:
- From your history - select the intended beneficiary from your transaction history.
- Scan QR Code - scan the QR code from a previous Pay2Home receipt to add the beneficiary from that transaction.
- Manually
- Select the Destination Country and Transaction Type and tap on ‘Next’.
- Enter your beneficiary details and tap on ‘Next’.
- Check your new beneficiary details and tap on ‘Next’.
- Enter the One-Time-Pin that is sent via SMS to your mobile phone. Tap on ‘Verify’.

You may be able to check on the discounts which are made available via coupons under your Pay2Home Account when you are creating a remittance. You will be prompted to enter a coupon code before proceeding to select your preferred payment method to complete the transaction.
As a loyal customer of Pay2Home, you may be entitled to exclusive discounts through the accumulation of stamps on your current ‘Rewards Card’. You may check on the discounts available by selecting ‘My Rewards’ either on the Home page or in the menu bar. It will show you the stamps that you have collected on your current 'Rewards Card' and reflect any discount available.
Do follow Pay2Home on Facebook, Twitter or Telegram as Pay2Home periodically shares exclusive promotions or discounts on these social media platforms.
You will be able to select your discount coupons to use, if available, when you are creating a transaction. Certain promotional discounts that are published on our social media platforms may require you to input the discount code manually.

You are advised to make payment for your transaction as soon as possible. Please note that your transaction will be cancelled by 1pm should payment not be received before 12noon on the next day.
Yes, you may do so by selecting ‘My History’ either on the Home page or in the menu bar. You may also filter by the type of transaction, date of transaction and the current status of the transaction. When you select any specific transaction, full transaction details of your selection will be shown.
Pay2Home’s proprietary multi-lingual Money Transfer Machine is an interactive self-service kiosk, allowing you to access multiple remittance services at your convenience. Its features include remittance transactions; checking of foreign exchange rates; payment for remittance transactions; checking of transaction history, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Pay2Home’s Money Transfer Machine is very safe, it complies with the strictest of regulatory standards set out by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. The Money Transfer Machine uses dual factor authentication and is NETS-certified.
The Money Transfer Machines interfaces are user-friendly and designed with input from customers. It offers multiple language options; transactions can be done in English, Bahasa Indonesia, Bengali, Hindi, Tagalog, Tamil, Vietnamese, and simplified Chinese.
The service times for transactions made on the Money Transfer Machine are the same as when you transact at any of Pay2Home outlets or through all digital platforms. Please refer here for service times.
Please note that Pay2Home will only commence the transfer of funds when your funds are received. The service times stated reflect the amount of time required from confirmation of receipt of funds to the delivery of funds.
The minimum transaction amount is SGD5 and HKD30. A maximum limit of SGD10,000 and HKD 5,000 applies on the Money Transfer Machine. Please note that for payment with NETS or bank card, the maximum amount is capped to the daily withdrawal limit of your NETS or bank card.

- Your Pay2Home Customer Registration Number - this number is found on your membership card. Alternatively, you can simply scan your membership card instead of manually entering the information.

The Pay2Home Wallet Account is a store value function which allows you to pre-purchase currencies to take advantage of the favourable exchange rates, convert and save them until you are ready to remit. Currently, the Pay2Home Wallet is only available in Singapore.
The Pay2Home Wallet is absolutely safe! All top-ups and remittance transactions that you make are executed safely and no personal information regarding your account is ever accessible to any third party.
The Pay2Home Wallet is more secure than carrying cash in your wallet. The application is protected with a 6-digit PIN and a One-Time-Pin. Your Pay2Home Wallet can be instantaneously blocked upon your request. Priority2Protect is exclusively designed for Pay2Home-registered customers who:
- are residing in Singapore*;
- are between the age of 18 and 60 years old; and
- make a remittance of SGD 100 or more via Pay2Home (excluding remittance fees). This is applicable only to free insurance coverage provided and paid for by P2H Consumer Services Pte Ltd.
You may opt in when you remit with Pay2Home to enjoy free insurance coverage. You may also opt to upgrade your free policy to a premier policy, by paying a nominal sum, that offers higher coverage to suit your needs.

All policies are valid for thirty (30) days. You may opt-in for the free policy at your next remittance, or choose to purchase a premier policy at any time to upgrade or extend your coverage. Premium must be paid and received for policy cover to commence or continue.
The policy shall commence on the date of application subject to Pay2Home having received the full payment for your free insurance-qualifying remittance or the full payment for the premier policy you purchase.
You may choose to upgrade to a premier policy with immediate effect or after the expiry of your existing policy. Should you choose the option to upgrade to a premier policy with immediate effect, the premier policy will commence on the date of application subject to Pay2Home having received the full payment for your purchase. There will be no refund of premium for your existing policy if you choose to upgrade with immediate effect when your existing policy is still valid. Please take note that only the premier policy with higher benefits level will be paid out in the event of an insurance claim.
You are only entitled to one (1) free policy per insured person per month. Similarly, you may have only one (1) paid premier policy at any one point. In the event that you upgrade your free policy to a premier policy, your free policy will be cancelled and only the premier policy will respond in the event of a claim.
The free and premier policies are not transferable. The insured person is the Pay2Home account holder registered with Pay2Home.

A beneficiary is an individual you nominate in an insurance policy to receive the claim proceeds in the event of your death. Nomination of a beneficiary ensures that the policy proceeds will be disbursed directly to your intended beneficiary.
At the point of enrolment, you will be required to nominate an insurance beneficiary. You may either select from the list of remittance beneficiaries currently in Pay2Home's records or choose to add a new beneficiary.
You are only allowed to nominate one (1) beneficiary for each insurance policy.
You are not allowed to change your nominated insurance beneficiary once you have submitted the application. You may add or select a new insurance beneficiary when you opt in for the free insurance plan with your next remittance or should you purchase a paid premier insurance plan.
You should inform and authorise someone you trust to act on your behalf should you or your nominated beneficiary be not in the capacity to file for a claim. You could authorise a friend, a relative or your employer to submit your claim on your behalf.
Please note, however, that the claim proceeds will only be disbursed to you or your nominated insurance beneficiary.

In the unlikely event of death then your family member (e.g. spouse, parent, child or sibling) or the executor of a will or the administrator of the deceased's estate may submit the claim and provide proof of their relationship with you.
In the event of death and if you did not nominate a beneficiary, the claim proceeds will be paid to your Proper Claimant or legal representatives of your estate under Section 61 of the Insurance Act.
If you are covered under more than one (1) policy, the insurer will only pay out under the policy with the highest coverage. This will be the paid premium policy.
Yes, you will be eligible to claim if the policy premium during the period of loss or accident has been paid for and/or the policy was valid at the point of loss or accident.
You have a window of thirty (30) days from the time of the accident to file a claim. You or your authorised person are advised to file the claim as soon as possible.
Your claim will be processed by the insurance provider, Chubb, within ten (10) working days upon the receipt of your claim form and supporting documents.
When the claim is approved, you will receive a notification letter from Chubb via email within five (5) working days. Payment will be processed, and the payout will be disbursed within seven (7) to ten (10) working days from the date of the notification letter.
