Terms and Conditions - One For One Deal @ Bishan

1. The Organiser
   1. The One For One Deal @ Bishan (“Promotion”) is organised by Wandr Pte. Ltd., hereafter known as “Pay2Home”
2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
   1. By registering or taking part in this promotion, the participant (“You”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, available at www.pay2home.com/termsandconditions, and any definitions contained herein.
3. Promotion Period
   1. The promotion commences on 24th December 2021, 00:00 hr and ends on 24th January 2022, 23:59 hr (“Promotion Period”) and shall cease once 200 transactions have been fully redeemed or at the end of the promotion period, whichever is earlier.
   2. Pay2Home reserves the right to change the promotion period.
4. Eligibility
   1. The promotion is open to all Pay2Home account holders (members) with at least one qualifying transaction during the promotion period.
   2. The employees of Pay2Home and members of their immediate families will not be eligible to participate.
   3. Corporate customers of Pay2Home are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
   4. To be eligible for the promotion, you must be the amongst the first Two Hundred (200) customers to successfully complete (fully paid) at least one money transfer transaction during the promotion period using counter service or in-store Money Transfer Machines (MTMs) at Bishan outlet to any of the following destination countries; China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, Sri Lanka or Vietnam.
   5. Pay2Home reserves the right to determine in its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the promotion, including whether you satisfy the criteria to participate in the promotion and/or your eligibility for the promotion. Pay2Home’s determination of all matters relating to the promotion shall be final and binding with no obligation to disclose its reason. No appeal, objection, challenge or correspondence will be entered into.
5. Number of Transactions with Discounts Permitted
   1. This promotion is applicable for any number of transactions when the following criteria are met during the promotion period:
      • Money transfer transactions initiated through over-the-counter service or at any of the two (2) in-store Money Transfer Machines (MTMs) at Bishan outlet only
      • Money transfer transactions to the following destination countries: China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, Sri Lanka or Vietnam only
      • First TWO HUNDRED (200) eligible money transfer transactions only
6. Promotion Discount Percentage / Fees
   1. If all the conditions in Clause 4.4 above are met, Pay2Home will offer a 100% discount on the applicable flat fee charge on your next money transfer transaction to the same destination country. Please review the applicable flat fee charge before confirming the money transfer.
   2. The promotion discount is non-negotiable, exchangeable for cash, credit or kind, in full or in part and cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon, offer, discounts or promotions offered by Pay2Home.
   3. To redeem the promotion discount, you must select the coupon tagged to your account when transacting through the Money Transfer Machine(MTM), Online or on the Pay2Home Mobile App or inform the Customer Service Officer if you are using over-the-counter service to utilise the coupon. If you fail to select the discount code at the time of creating and confirming the transaction, or inform the Customer Service Officer at the outlet, you will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after confirmation and payment of a transaction.
   4. If a discount is used and the transaction is cancelled (in accordance with Pay2Home’s cancellation policy) at a later stage by you, the discount will no longer be valid for subsequent transactions.
   5. Pay2Home reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, without notice or assigning any reason therefore, to change and/or replace the promotion discount.
7. General Terms
   1. Pay2Home reserves the right, at anytime and in its sole and absolute discretion, without notice or assigning any reason therefore, to vary, modify, add, or revise any of the terms and conditions governing the promotion or terminate, withdraw, extend or shorten the promotion period, with or without notice or reason. Such change on terms and conditions shall be effective immediately upon posting to Pay2Home’s webpage and you understand and agree to be bound by any such variation.
   2. Pay2Home reserves the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims arising from this promotion including, without limitation, to require further verification as to your identity, age, and other relevant details.
   3. Pay2Home will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting and/or accepting and using the discount.
   4. Pay2Home accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected communications pertaining to this promotion.
8. Applicable Law
   1. The promotion and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and you are deemed to have irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Any person who is not a participant to this promotion shall have no rights under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Act to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
